It was a natural progression.

After 30 years of teaching various exercise classes including step aerobics, high impact aerobics, kickboxing and more, Tammy (and her knees) were looking to teach a kinder, gentler fitness regime.

Tammy began teaching mat pilates, a 100-year-old, low impact program created to improve posture, core strength, and strengthen muscles. After purchasing a pilates reformer, it’s become a passion that she wants to make accessible for everyone.

Now, she is offering personalized training at an affordable rate for all skill levels; whether you’re already in love with pilates or you’re looking to get started.
